  The warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Your UltraScope will be repaired or replaced at the option of UltraScope, if a manufacturing or material defect is determined.
  
  
• UltraScope eartips, diaphragm, retaining ring, binaural's, and internal spring will be replaced at no charge.
  
  UltraScope tubing is also warranted if a manufacturing or material defect is determined.
  
  Abuse, including neglect, unauthorized alteration i.e. switching one head between different tubing or repair attempts will void the warranty.
